Welcome

I’m grateful for the opportunity to connect with you, and I appreciate you taking the time to learn a little more about me. I’m fortunate to have been able to turn the most fulfilling parts of my 25-year career into a full-time Executive Coaching and Consulting business. I’m energized by working with my coaching clients, partnering with them on their professional journeys and enabling transformative changes in personal development or career advancement. My strength as a leader, industry reputation, experience in human resources, and expertise in building infrastructures, creating processes, removing growth blockers and scaling organizations have proven invaluable to my consulting clients.

My abilities as a coach and consultant are shaped by a lifelong career in high-pressure, high-profile, and fast-paced environments. With a mindset for risk, a humble attitude that’s not defined by title, and insatiable curiosity, I’ve been able to move into different industries with ease; going from entertainment, tech, and social media, across both startup ventures and large multinational corporations. I’ve had the privilege to work with respected industry leaders worldwide, learning how to adjust my approach to varying management styles, personalities and diverse environments.

My drive to succeed in challenging work situations started early and continued throughout my career. While still in college at Penn State, I secured regular work at ABC Sports, traveling domestically and internationally for sporting events. Starting in my sophomore year, I completed my spring semester classwork on an accelerated schedule so I could work the Triple Crown horse racing events for ABC Sports; instead of attending my graduation ceremony, I worked the Preakness Stakes. Work highlights during college also included a management role at the Summer Olympics and a key role on an indie film that went on to win the Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival. Combining real-world experience with academic studies, I graduated with honors and distinction, a deep appreciation for football, and a job at ABC Sports in NYC.

Embracing hard work and entrepreneurship, I’ve consistently had the confidence to make bold moves, such as funding my own jewelry company based on my personal designs and transitioning from a career in NYC to a new life in Los Angeles without the security of a job. This same spirit drove me to enroll in an intense nine-month program and earn my Executive Coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching. I later achieved ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation and pursued further certifications, including studying for over 170 hours to earn the SHRM-CP credential by passing the reputation-ally challenging SHRM exam. All of these experiences reflect my commitment to lifelong learning and growth across my entire career.

I went from summers on the Jersey shore to a life on the west coast, and I now call Santa Monica, CA, home. While my life and career have been characterized by change, one constant that grounds me is the consistent rhythm of the ocean tides.

Through these experiences, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to navigate uncertainty, take smart risks, and find opportunities in the midst of change. Whether it’s your business, personal development, or career advancement, I bring this same commitment and energy to my coaching and consulting work. Let’s connect and talk about how I can help you achieve your goals and create lasting change.
