In my own words...

My drive to succeed in challenging work situations started early and continued throughout my career. While still in college at Penn State, I secured regular work at ABC Sports, traveling domestically and internationally for sporting events. Starting in my sophomore year, I completed my spring semester classwork on an accelerated schedule so I could work the Triple Crown horse racing events for ABC Sports; instead of attending my graduation ceremony, I worked the Preakness Stakes. Work highlights during college also included a management role at the Summer Olympics and a key role on an indie film that went on to win the Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival. Combining real-world experience with academic studies, I graduated with honors and distinction, a deep appreciation for football, and a job at ABC Sports in NYC.

Embracing hard work and entrepreneurship, I’ve consistently had the confidence to make bold moves, such as funding my own jewelry company based on my personal designs and transitioning from a career in NYC to a new life in Los Angeles, without the security of a job. This same spirit drove me to enroll in an intense nine-month program and earn my Executive Coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching. I later achieved ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation and pursued further certifications, including studying for over 170 hours to earn the SHRM-CP credential by passing the reputationally challenging SHRM exam. All of these experiences reflect my commitment to lifelong learning and growth across my entire career.

Through these experiences, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to navigate uncertainty, take smart risks, and find opportunities in the midst of change. Whether it’s your business, personal development, or career advancement, I bring this same commitment and energy to my coaching and consulting work. Let’s connect and talk about how I can help you achieve your goals and create lasting change.
