Welcome

I’m enthusiastic about working with you through Executive Coaching and/or Business Consulting and I appreciate you taking the time to get to know me a bit more. I am fortunate to have taken the most fulfilling aspectsof my previous roles, and made them the focus of my current work. In my role as an Executive Coach, I find great satisfaction in guiding individuals through their professional development and helping them advance their careers. In Business Consulting, I focus on creating the infrastructures, building teams and optimizing workflows to foster company growth. I look forward to partnering with you to explore possibilities, unlock potential and take the next steps together.

A bit more...

My professional journey has been unique in that I have worked across many different content genres in entertainment, tech and social media. My adventures in production and management have taken me all over the US and extended overseas to work for companies in Paris and London. I have had the privilege to work on events, shows, and films including iconic ones such as Monday Night Football and the original Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, Demi Lovato: Simply Complicated and many others. I've worked alongside respected industry leaders in both startup ventures and large multinational corporations. My experience with varying content genres, with international teams and organizations of varying sizes has honed my skills and instilled the confidence needed to adeptly assimilate into and navigate office environments characterized by different structures and diverse work styles.

Throughout my career I have deliberately taken steps down in my position to embrace new learning opportunities in order to broaden the experience I brought to each subsequent role. This conscious choice has been instrumental in my ability to adapt to varying management styles and personalities, developing a mindset of hard work and humility, regardless of the level of managerial responsibility I had in my previous role. I started my career in NYC working for ABC Sports, but more than half of my professional life has been spent working in entertainment in Los Angeles.

In 2015, I intentionally stepped back from the entertainment industry to delve into my creative side. I conceptualized, financed, and brought to life ELIZA Designs LA, an e-commerce jewelry venture inspired by my personal designs. As a small business owner, I was proud that my merchandise was also featured in two Ron Robinson stores in LA. Following almost three years of leading the company, I made the strategic choice to pause and return to the entertainment industry, with a specific focus on streaming content. It is with humility that I say that to this day, I still receive requests for my signature cage necklace.

While my career has enabled me to be engaged in a form of coaching, I chose to refine my skills and gain global perspectives by enrolling in a prestigious coaching program. After completing an intensive eight-month course, I earned my Executive Coaching certification from the renowned Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara, CA. Additionally, I hold certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University and am certified in the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP), a 360° leadership assessment tool. I remain committed to furthering my credentials, continuously deepening my expertise to deliver greater value to my clients.

Originally from NJ, I’ve chosen to live as close to the beaches of the West Coast as possible. I currently reside in Santa Monica, CA and I try to walk the beach several times a week. The vastness and power of the ocean, along with delicate patterns of the colorful seashells serve as a constant reminder of the possibilities that life has to offer.

Whether through Executive Coaching or Business Consulting, I look forward to partnering with you.
