Top YouTube Creator: Amy consulted for a top YouTube creator, recognized as a Forbes "Top Creator", who produces scripted content with a global workforce of over 150 employees across 100,000 square feet of studio space in Los Angeles. Working closely with the CEO, Amy oversaw operations, facilities, human resources, legal, and physical production. Her contributions included building the annual production department budget, establishing scalable operational processes and procedures, assessing organizational and production risk, and developing company-wide manuals and guidelines. She reviewed key documents such as legal agreements, insurance policies, and lease contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
