Coaching Experience
Amy offers executive coaching to C-suite executives and professionals across various industries, including entertainment, media, healthcare, engineering, human resources, and pharmaceuticals. She earned her coaching certification through the prestigious Hudson Institute of Coaching and holds an ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. In addition, she is certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University and qualified to administer 360° leadership assessments through her Leadership Circle Certification. Amy is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She has a deep commitment and passion for helping others grow both personally and professionally.
Entertainment Experience
Amy is a dynamic leader and respected entertainment executive with 25+ years of experience in entertainment, technology, and social media sectors, including as a Chief Operating Officer. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, she spent four years managing human resources at an award-winning international production company. ​
With experience working for organizations headquartered in London and Paris, Amy brings a unique ability to bridge international gaps in understanding and communication across organizations in different countries. As a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and the Producers Guild of America, she is actively engaged in industry communities.
Entrepreneurial Experience
As an entrepreneur, Amy envisioned, funded and launched a successful e-commerce jewelry business, ELIZA Designs LA, based on her distinctive personal creative designs. As CEO and Creative Director, she worked with a high-end Los Angeles retailer to offer merchandise in two stores and collaborated with celebrity stylists for jewelry to appear on major celebrities, in media, print and at press events. After successfully steering the company for a three-year period, she made the strategic decision to re-enter the entertainment industry, placing a particular emphasis on streaming content.

Education and Volunteer Work
Driven by a passion for the well-being of people, animals, and first responders, Amy served as a Board Member for the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation and remains actively involved in their mission to provide resources to the LAFD. She also spent four years volunteering with Pet Partners as part of a Therapy Animal Team with her late dog, Liam. She earned a Bachelors of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University at University Park and graduated with Distinction & Honors in Telecommunications.

Head of Production
Jellysmack is the global creator company that powers multi-platform social media growth for video creators, media companies, brands, public figures, and its own online communities. The company's technology optimizes, distributes, and promotes video content across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat,TikTok, and YouTube.
With HQ in Paris, oversaw the US team remotely managing production operations for content tailored to top social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok). Productions involved Jellysmack Creators, new Brand Channel initiatives, and emerging programs focused on building out social media initiatives for public figures.

Quibi

Head of Production
Quibi was led by CEO Meg Whitman and founded by Jeffrey Katzenberg, former chairman of Walt Disney Studios and former co-founder and COO of DreamWorks Animation. Quibi was a subscription-based streaming mobile only platform designed to deliver short-form news, scripted and unscripted content in 5-10 minute “chapters” formatted to fit a smartphone screen. Quibi launched in 2020, weeks before the pandemic shut down the world. Quibi shuttered 6 months later and the last employees finished in April 2021.
Oversaw all aspects of production to deliver short-form original licensed programs at launch, most in unique Turnstyle format, across scripted, alternative, documentary, and daily; launched with shows including daily shows with BBC, NBC, The Weather Channel, ESPN, E! News, Telemundo, TMZ and others.

Production Lead, Unscripted Originals
YouTube Originals began in 2016, a division within YouTube, dedicated to creating international award-winning scripted, unscripted and live programs featuring YouTube creators and celebrity personalities from the world of music, film and television. YouTube Originals shuttered in 2022, a few years after Amy departed.

Oversaw several, simultaneous multimillion-dollar productions, produced with 3rd party companies, for live and unscripted projects from development through launch on applicable YouTube’s channels.
